My first experience with Disney came as an adult when my husband Scott (boyfriend at the time) took me to Disneyland.  I had never seen anything like it and I was immediately hooked.  So hooked that we spent 10 days at Disney World for our honeymoon!  Scott and I have made several trips with just the two of us.  And as a blended family, we have made quite a few trips with our grown children.  One of our favorite trips was taking our granddaughter to Disney World when she was two and a half years old and again when she was six. These vacations were incredible and definitely ones for the books watching our children and granddaughter have the time of their lives.

Scott and I, as adults only, have visited Disneyland and Disney World experiencing the Wine & Dine Food Festival, the Epcot Festival of the Arts, Disney After Hours Boo Bash at Magic Kingdom, and Disney Very Merriest After Hours at Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World.  We have stayed at a variety of resorts from Value to Deluxe.  For dining, we have had spectacular meals at some of the most sought after dining locations such as California Grill, Le Cellier Steakhouse, Tiffins Restaurant and Space 220.  Oh, and a few character dining experiences like Cinderella’s Royal Table in the Magic Kingdom castle, Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in Epcot, Minnie and Friends at Hollywood & Vine in Hollywood Studios, and Tusker House in Animal Kingdom.

Scott and I are also RunDisney people.  Remember that 10 day honeymoon trip?  We ran the Wine & Dine Half Marathon that same trip.  Nothing beats running through the Castle as the sun comes up and brings a new day to Magic Kingdom.

So YES!  Adults can have a Magical time at Disney!
